We currently offer multiple channels in which you may seek support. Keep in mind that waiting times may differ, and that waiting times may be slower in the weekends.

We are likely to respond fastest on discord. Our discord is publicly available to everyone and anyone may feel free to answer, long as the provided information is correct. If you only need support with our services, this is the perfect place to be. Please refer to our mail section for privacy concerns.

You may also contact us on our twitter through PMs or by mentioning us. This is also only for generic support inqueries. Refer to our mail section for privacy concerns. We may not respond fast on twitter at all, as we do not currently link our support channels to a central location.
